* The award review process for the lightOS 5 Star Gold Award will be strictly enforced and
  controlled. Only sites posted on the winners page will be valid award winners. We fully
  intend to maintain the integrity of this award to earn a respected position and status within
  the Internet community. This award is a part of our web site and we take it seriously.

* Winning sites will be listed in order of selection by day, month, and year and will be given
  a category designation such as Business, Entertainment, Personal, etc. Country of site
  origin will also be posted beside the category status.

* Personal homepages or commercial sites may apply and all nominations will be reviewed
  by the complete compliment of  7 review panels consisting of  5 to 7 members. This is not
  an easy award to win. Web sites awarded will exhibit the skill and dedication of hours and
  months of true web design and presentation skill. Review of the winners list will give you
  some idea of the degree of skill and effort demanded by this award process.

* The nominated site may be international, but must be available in English format.

* You may nominate a web site other than your own for the lightOS 5 Star Gold Award.
