The Golden Ace Awards Rules

All Sites Suggested For Review Must Meet The Following Conditions And Rules:

- HTML and design codes must be the property of the developer(s).
- Commercial and personal web sites are open to review.
- No automated pop-ups unless they enhance site design.
- Plug-ins are acceptable.
- Advertising should be incorporated tastefully into the design.
- No adult, racial, or discriminatory content will be tolerated.

A site URL may be suggested by the public for review once each month.

A site URL may be suggested by a review panel judge once each month.

Site nominations and user popularity are factored into Site Of The Year review.

The Point System

0 - 10 Application Of Color Are the colors and backgrounds compatible?

0 - 10 Artistic Design Is the overall design artistic in nature?

0 - 10 Artistic Skills Does the developer exhibit artistic skills and knowledge?

0 - 10 Creativity Does the site exhibit unique applications or design?

0 - 10 Originality Is the work unique to the developer?

0 - 10 Consistency Does the site exhibit uniform use of color and design?

0 - 10 Continuity Does the overall scheme of the site fit together well?

0 - 10 Resource What does the site have to offer the visitor in overall benefit?

0 - 10 Organization Is the site neatly laid out and coherent?

0 - 10 Moral Structure Is the site acceptable for family viewing and use by all ages?

A suggested site cannot display the following:

This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene,
racist, hate statements and or themes, and material protected by trade secrets. Award criteria expressly
forbids the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd,
obscene, violent, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable,
including, but not limited to, racist, pornographic, satanic, and/or any and all materials of a moral
nature that we deem unfit for entire family viewing.

The award panel reserves the right to approve, disqualify and or revoke all reviews for this award process.
