To uphold and cultivate the highest standards, values, moral position, and professional business
ethics possible on a daily basis with regard to any and all transactions and communication on the
Internet. 

Ethics 
To complete all transactions in a timely manner with full security of customer information.
To fulfill all warranty claims and/or guarantees within a reasonable period of time. 
To avoid any misrepresentation of purpose, product, or service to any customer.
To promote quality web content devoid of pornographic, violent, and obscene material of any kind.

Customer & Visitor Complaints
To review and answer any customer and/or visitor complaints in a prompt and timely fashion.
To make every effort to resolve all legitimate complaints whenever possible in a timely fashion. 

Marketing & Advertising
To provide accurate, legal, and moral advertising and marketing devoid of false claims or fraud.
To maintain records that substantiate advertising claims.
To maintain advertising methods that are within legal and moral Internet boundries.
To use email in a prudent and responsible manner.

Personal & Financial Information
To provide prudent measures to insure transaction and information security.
To provide the customer with information regarding the server and transaction security.
To provide all visitors with a privacy statement outlining the collection and use of data.

To uphold these Code Of Ethics standards while the TrustAssure © logo is displayed.
To remove the TrustAssure © name, logo, and links if membership is suspended or terminated. 
To accurately disclose all web site application information.
To provide timely updates with new information on web site updates or revisions.
To promptly pay any applicable TrustAssure © membership fees.

To follow the guidelines provided regarding the display and use of any TrustAssure © logo or link.
To never provide any TrustAssure © logo or link to any nonmember site, group, or person.
To only display the TrustAssure © logo provided without alteration on the registered web site only.

Revisions & Termination
TrustAssure © reserves the right to revise these guidelines and the nature of this program at its own
discretion, and to suspend or terminate any participating site's right to use the TrustAssure © logo if
TrustAssure © deems the site to be in violation of this Code of Ethics.
